Helping international producers to facilitate accommodation, transportation, interpretation and emergency situation while filming in Vietnam.

• Research about filming location, finding and contact interviewees in advance.
• Giving advices, consultation, recommendations that work the best for each project.
• Applying for press visa, film permit, drone permit, asking for filming permission (if needed)
• Arrange transportation; buying water, snacks, batteries, discs, gifts; printing interview questions, call sheet if needed
• Renting filming equipment
• Arranging filming crew from DoP, cameraman, drone operator, gaffer, grip, best boy, sound man, hair and make up artist (HMU), and hiring model, talents
• Pick up filming crew from airport, supporting them with exchange money and buying sim card at airport.
• Interpretation while shooting, translate interview questions in advance
• Convincing, making people comfortable while filming/interviewing them, at the same time, listening to and respecting their feelings
• Finding a harmony between what the filming crew/journalist wants and what local people want, represent the filming crew/journalist in the way that they come in peace and with good intention.
• Give recommendation about food/restaurant, notice about film crew members who don’t eat certain food.
• Asking for signatures for release forms.
• Help to make small payments.
• Help to send the drive/footage back to their country.
• Support for small questions, translation after the filming is done.

• Documentary movie “Chasing Cambodia” produced by Adelicia Company, USA for Joey Schihl of Chasing Cambodia LLC. The film is about Johnny Phan – a Cambodian American cyclist who is racing for the Cambodian National Cycling Team.  Filming location: Hoa Binh. May 2022
