Filming documentary war time stories in Vietnam

One of key stories that people may remember about Vietnam is the war. Though we have been evolving passing it, it still remind us about the dream of peace.

There have been many international medias reporting and telling the war time stories in Vietnam in different ways.

Filming Singaporean actor/ TV host Darren Lim making cassava and coconut milk then serve for children and members at Danang Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Da Nang, Vietnam.

As part of War Time food documentary, Darren experimented making a dish from an ingredient that was popular during war time in Vietnam: cassava.
Together with the caregivers at Danang Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (https://vavadanang.org.vn/), Darren made the dish of cassava and coconut milk and served the children at the center.

It created a meaningful time for everyone at the Center. Director of the Center said that it tasted very good, and he had eaten cassava many times but haven’t eaten that dish before.
